CNReady helps travelers use practical Mandarin during trips in China. The first version does not require users to create an account.
Information we collect
- Your email address if you contact us, join the waitlist, request updates, or receive a redeem code.
- Your message content if you send feedback, suggestions, or travel situation requests.
- Basic purchase information after launch, such as PayPal order ID, payment email, product, redeem code status, refund status, and support notes.
- Saved phrases and offline settings are stored locally in your own browser.
Information we do not collect
- Passport numbers, visa documents, medical records, full card numbers, PayPal login information, bank login information, or precise GPS location.
How we use information
- To reply to questions, send redeem codes or product updates, improve lessons and search results, and handle purchase support or refund requests.
We do not sell personal information. Payments will be processed by PayPal after checkout launches. Contact: hello@cnready.com.
Terms of Service
CNReady is a travel language tool, not an official service.
CNReady provides practical Mandarin phrases for common travel situations, including airports, hotels, restaurants, transport, sightseeing, and basic help requests.
This service is not
- Legal advice, visa or immigration advice, medical advice, emergency rescue service, or an official translation service.
In urgent or serious situations, users should contact local police, hospitals, hotel staff, their embassy, airline, or other qualified professionals.
User rules
- Do not copy and resell paid content, scrape or bulk download the service, attack the website, or use the service for illegal activity.
Paid digital packs are handled according to the Refund Policy. Lessons, features, prices, and content may change over time.
Refund Policy
Paid packs are digital content with a clear refund boundary.
Free lessons are available without payment. Paid packs are digital content. After launch, paid-pack access is delivered by an emailed redeem code after verified PayPal payment. Keep your PayPal order ID and payment email for support or refund requests.
免费课程无需付款即可使用。付费包属于数字内容；上线后，付费包会在 PayPal 付款验证通过后，通过邮件兑换码交付。请保存 PayPal 订单号和付款邮箱，方便客服或退款核对。
Refunds may be approved before a code is redeemed if
